Season 4 is coming...
But until it does, we're recognizing our best performers & performances with several Season 3 Awards.
Fans have finished voting on our third award and we are proud to announce the results.
(Everyone who votes for any of our finalists is entered into a prize drawing to win an item of official Karate Combat merchandise signed by Bas Rutten.)
Runners Up
Mouley Oudoud, who took the fight on 10-days-notice, should be remembered for his toughness in Season 3's Event 6.
He took a lot to give some back with accuracy whenever Eoghan Chelmiah (who went on to become the Bantamweight champion later in the season) left him any window to get through. He landed several head-kicks, but ultimately ended up on the receiving end of more strikes than he delivered.
Chelmiah won by Unanimous Decision, in one of the most entertaining fights of the year, with absolute credit to the grit of his opponent for not merely surviving, but remaining dangerous throughout.

With respect to our runners up, we can't say this result was entirely unpredictable.
This fight in our Season 3 Finale was an absolute war. (Read the Recap.)
It's impossible to briefly summarize this battle in words, so I'll indulge you readers with some things to expect.
1. A Clobbering Left-Hook by Ferreres.
2. A Shin-to-the-Chin impact for Certan.
One of many unique kicking techniques by Vitalie Certan
3. Tongue-wagging madness. (You'll just have to watch!)
4. Both men simultaneously swinging for the fences.
5. A perfect spinning back kick.
6. A Sudden Victory Round that literally every person watching was hoping for.
It doesn't end there.
So what are you waiting for?
