Panthera was originally a ballet dancer before transitioning to Karate. She believes it has benefited her a lot with flexibility, coordination, and rhythm for fighting. As a Sport Karate athlete she was the Greek Champion in Kata and Kumite. She attributes her strong strikes to her Kata training and looks to apply the various Bunkai (practical applications) of Kata in the Pit.
