Josh Quayhagen is a lifelong karate practitioner and Open Circuit USKA and PKC champion. Josh was the Welterweight Champion of Karate Combat until he lost a back and forth War against the greatest Karate fighter of all time, Rafael Aghayev. Josh can knockout opponents at anytime with either punches or kicks, a versatile mix that keeps his opponents on edge. Josh runs his own training facility where he emphasizes health, fitness, faith and exemplifies the values of karate. In his spare time Josh is a youth pastor at a local church in Lake Charles, LA.
